Welcome! We are a simply a group of people who are interested in meditation and enjoy the experience of meditating together in a group with a soothing music. The meditation style is up to you, there are no rules about this. The meetings are suitable for both beginners and seasoned meditators. We then watch a video on positive thinking for about 20 minutes followed by a discussion. Meetup is held once a month on one of the Saturdays from 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM.
