Come taste and learn about wine! Each class we taste and talk about 8-12 wines. Typically we open a bubbly, 4 reds, 4 whites and 2 or more desserts. We have a small Sangha that meets every Sunday from 4:30 until 6.  The general orientation is around Vipassana meditation.  We sit to develop mindfulness -- a skilled understanding and orientation to the present moment.  Following the Vipassana tradition, meditations focus on the breath, the body, compassionate awareness, and gradually, on the nature and emptiness of mind.
